Presently,in China,the number of bloggers rapidly increases and blog industry quickly develops,which provide new development and prosperity opportunity for internet industry.However,because of the vacancy of blog management mechanism,negative and inactive words of some bloggers have negative influence on the society.This indicates that the research into blog management mechanism has become the inevitable requirement for sustainable development of China's internet industry.China should construct double-level blog management mechanism from two aspects of laws and self-restriction.
