Whether education resources distribution is fair or not is highly positively related to realization of social fairness.China's education resources distribution shows unbalanced characteristics,and this unbalanced situation seriously influences the realization of social fairness.Unbalanced education resources distribution will aggravate polarization,affect social members' rational flow between different social stratums,damage the prediction of masses to society and self-development,result in psychological unbalance of the society,distort the governmental image and function and make the society unfairness.
