    资本结构影响因素入手进行定性分析,结合我国上市公司的实际数据进行定量考察,在描述性统计分析的基础上,建立严格的计量经济学模型对我国上市公司数据进行相关性检验,以期找出相关的主要影响因素,从而较好的指导上市公司的融资结构的实践。
