学术界对中国农村基层组织的划分一般有两种,一是按功能划分为政治、经济、文化和群众等组织;二是按组织运行方式划分为党政权力组织(包括乡镇党委、政府及村党支部)、村民自治组织(包括村民委员会、村民代表大会)、专业经济合作组织、其他社团组织及农民自发组织等。前一种划分比较笼统,后一种划分目前普遍认为比较合理和有针对性。
