    内部控制的发展经历了一个漫长的历史演进过程,但现代意义上的内部控制理论则开始于近代产业革命,尤其是在20世纪30年代以后的美国。美国近代内部控制的演进及演进过程。我国企、事业单位的内部控制理论和实务的发展具有借鉴价值。
