我国房地产业的发展在1997-2004年间,大部分特征指标没有显现出泡沫的特征,更没有出现商品房价格脱离市场基础价值的持续飞涨。尽管我国部分地方房价虚高,出现了一些泡沫特征,但总体上,并没有出现商品房价格泡沫。
