    摘要:

    在全球电子政务的潮流中,发展电子政务是我国政务建设的必然。但是,在如火如荼的电子政务热中,也暴露出一些突出的问题。因此,建立电子政务成本效益分析方法,推动电子政务制度创新就理所当然成为我国在发展电子政务过程中首先应该思考的问题。
