    "四有"依然是对当今未成年人思想道德的要求标准."四有"人才教育观点也依然是当今未成年人思想道德建设的重要指导思想.各级党委和政府的政治责任、大众传媒的社会责任、教育机构及家庭等社会环境因素是未成年人思想道德建设的关键.
