    摘要:

    在人类历史的发展历程中,犯罪一直是一个经久不衰的问题,历代统治者也无不为犯罪这一文明社会的痼疾所困扰.时至今日,人类也尚未找到医治这一顽疾的妙方,因此如何理智地对待犯罪便显得尤为重要.鉴于此,笔者拟从人类社会发展的终极目标出发,从效益的角度透视犯罪预防,提出承受犯罪是我们理性地对待犯罪的重要一面.
