    风险投资的健康发展需要良好的风险投资法律环境作为保障,而我国当前的风险投资法律环境存在立法层面的专门国家立法缺位、相关法的规范滞后以及已存制定法统一性差等诸多问题,有必要从立法角度予以系统性构建.
