    数字图书馆的建设是一个综合性的系统工程,在建设中必须树立起正确的发展观,坚持走联合发展之路,加大资金投入,加强人才培养和关键技术的引进开发,抓住核心,统一标准,这样才能推动中国数字图书馆的建设和发展。
