    所谓技术创新机制是指技术创新与市场需求之间矛盾得以不断展开和解决的一系列动力、规则、程序和制度的复杂系统。在现代企业制度框架下,相对于私营企业、中小型企业以及现代企业制度建立以前,大型国有企业技术创新机制具有自己的特点。
