    本文主要探讨了继承人和受遗赠人清偿遗产债务的责任,以及继承人之间在遗产债务清偿时的连带责任,并提出了建议。

    Abstract:

    This article mainly discusses the liabilities of the heritor and the legatee for paying off the debt of legacy, and the joint liability of paying off the debt of legacy between the heritors. Finally, the author makes some suggestions.
