现代学报编辑职能是构建现代学报编辑学学科体系框架的基本范畴。现代经济的市场化、金融化、法制化、信息化、全球化、文化多元化及知识创新、技术创新、制度创新的特征,使现代学报编辑职能的内涵大为丰富和扩展。现代文科学报编辑当具有:中介、创新、策划等三大职能。中介是学报编辑的基本职能,创新和和策划则是实现中介职能的条件、前提和灵魂。
