    知识经济的本质是创新 ,并且呈现出由一次性创新向持续创新 ,由个别创新向系列创新 ,由专家创新向全员创新转变的特点。 2 1世纪是由知识经济主导的世纪 ,它要求培养持续创新人才 ,高等教育负有重要的历史责任。为此 ,必须明确创新力的内涵 ,转变传统的教育思想 ,改变现行的教育、教学模式 ,重视大学生的社会实践环节
