按照“三个代表”要求加强和改进党的建设 ,是江泽民总书记“七一”讲话的核心内容。“三个代表”重要思想为我们党在新世纪继续保持先进性提供了行动指南 ,是党在新世纪加强自身建设的伟大纲领。贯彻落实江总书记“七一”讲话精神 ,高校党组织应按“三个代表”要求全面推进高校党的建设 ,力求实现党建理论和实践的创新与发展。
