摘要:

西部开发必须与西部生态环境的保护相协调。应以现行法律为基础 ,完善西部开发的法律 ,培养全社会保护生态环境的法律意识 ,加强执法责任 ,把生态环境保护纳入法治化轨道。

Abstract:

The Western development must be in line with the protection of the western ecologic environment. Based on the existing law, the law for the Western development should be improved, the whole society should be aware of the law for the protection of the West
