党的十五大报告中关于公有制经济的新论述主要体现在以下几方面 :一是拓展了公有制的范围 ;二是在关于公有制主体地位和国有经济主导作用的体现上 ,突破了传统的观念 ;三是明确指出了公有制实现形式可以而且应当多样化。
