    摘要:

    高校图书馆读者工作队伍的不稳定状态由来已久 ,有必要对这一现象进行分析 ,找出主、客体两方存在的问题及解决办法

    Abstract:

    Unstableness of the librarians in the university library has been long.It is necessary to analyse the phenomenon,find out the problems in both the subject and object, and work out the measure to solve the problems.
