    摘要:

    传统制造企业的数字化转型能力建设是推进和落实数字化转型战略的重要举措。基于传统企业业务流程体系数字化建设视角,构建由数字基础设施、数字化研发、数字技术应用、数字化营销、数字化人才5个方面组成的能力评价指标体系。以先进钢铁企业——宝钢为例,对2012—2019年企业数字化转型能力演变进行评价和分析。结果显示:宝钢的数字化转型能力演化呈波动提升的态势;通过扎根分析可知,宝钢数字化转型过程中的能力形成机制及其作用包括数字化能力、能力支撑因素和外部环境影响因素,并据此提出传统企业数字化转型能力建设和提升的对策建议。

    Abstract:

    The construction of digital transformation capabilities in traditional manufacturing enterprises is an important measure to promote and implement digital transformation strategies. From the perspective of digital construction of traditional enterprise business process systems, a capability evaluation index system is constructed, which consists of digital infrastructure, digital R&D, digital technology application, digital marketing, and digital talents. Taking Baosteel, an advanced steel enterprise, as an example, this paper evaluates and analyzes the evolution of the company’s digital transformation capabilities from 2012 to 2019. The results show that the evolution of the digital transformation capability of Baosteel presented a fluctuating and rising situation. Through grounded theory analysis, it is revealed that the capability formation mechanisms and their effects during Baosteel’s digital transformation include digital capabilities, digital supporting factors, and external environmental influences. Based on these findings, countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and enhancement of digital transformation capabilities in traditional enterprises are proposed.
