数字经济对高技术产业出口竞争力的空间溢出效应———以长江经济带为例

    摘要:

    数字经济的蓬勃发展不仅变革了人们的生产生活方式,而且给高技术产业智能化升级创造了机会。高技术产业通过智能化升级提高生产效率,进而提升其出口竞争力。本文基于2007—2018年长江经济带各省份的面板数据构建空间杜宾模型,分析数字经济发展对长江经济带高技术产业出口竞争力的空间溢出效应。结果表明:数字化投入、数字化产出、数字化环境对长江经济带高技术产业出口竞争力的整体提升具有正向溢出效应,其中数字化环境是影响高技术产业出口竞争力的主要因素,而数字化投入的地理邻接优势尚未充分发挥。因此,长江经济带应继续加大数字化投入,提高数字化投入的辐射带动作用。

    Abstract:

    The vigorous development of the digital economy has not only changed people’s production and lifestyles, but also created opportunities for the intelligent upgrading of high-tech industries. The high-tech industries improve production efficiency through intelligent upgrades, thereby enhancing their export competitiveness. Based on the panel data of the provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2018, this paper constructs a spatial Dubin model, and analyzes the spatial spillover effect of digital economic development on the export competitiveness of high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results show that digital input, digital output, and digital environment have a positive spillover effect on the overall improvement of the export competitiveness of high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The digital environment is the main factor affecting the export competitiveness of high-tech industries, and the advantage of geographical proximity of the digital input has not yet been fully utilized. Therefore, the Yangtze River Economic Belt should continue to increase digital investment and increase the radiating and leading role of digital investment.
