Reviewing and sorting out the research status of the equalization of public services in China are conducive to focusing on research hotspots,examining research limitations and capturing research trends.Based on 624 CSSCI(2006—2018)papers about the equalization of public services from CNKI as sample,this paper uses Citespace bibliometric and visualizing software,and Excel software to analyze the spatial-temporal distribution and contents of the researches on the equalization of public services from the aspects of annual distribution of publications,distribution of high-yielding authors,high-yielding institutions,and keywords clustering.This study finds that the researches on the equalization of public services in China are generally divided into three stages such as initial stage,rapid development stage and slow development stage.The future research should be improved from five aspects such as research strength,research content,research perspective,research method and literature source.In particular,more attention should be paid to the research on the equalization of public services among groups,the role of non-governmental subjects in realizing the equalization of public services,and the realization degree and quality monitoring of the basic public services.
