Abstract:Based on the proactive motivation model,this paper focuses on the relationship between inclusive climate and employees’innovation behavior,the mediating role of employees’thriving at work and the moderating role of job autonomy in this process.By collecting questionnaire,there are 472 samples from the workers in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia.The research shows(1)inclusive climateis positively related to employee innovation behavior;(2)employees’thriving at work partially mediates the relationship between inclusive climate and employees’innovation behavior;(3)job autonomy moderates the relationship between employees’thriving at work and innovation behavior;(4)job autonomy also positively mediates the indirect relationship between inclusive climate and employees’innovation behavior via employees’thriving at work.
