The direction for the reform and innovation of ideological and political education is to strengthen its ideology,theory,appetency and direction,and“eight-unity”is the basic guide for this direction.The implementation of“eight-unity”needs to clarify the real aim for ideology position,value core and teaching methods of the reform and innovation of ideological and political education,and furthermore reveal the education logic by using ideological and political education to boost the individual consciousness of the students to be upgraded towards morphological consciousness.This kind of logic can be generalized as the politics of ideological and political education should abide by thorough theory,its value should be embodied in rational recognition and practical actions,its teaching and learning should use scientific methodology system,and its ideology criticism should follow cultural security strategy.
