    摘要:

    随着中资企业的走出去和外国企业的引进来,在不同文化、社会环境下工作、生活的涉外企业员工出现的文化适应和社会融入问题,使他们成为社会工作所要关注的服务对象。社会工作介入涉外企业,可解决企业员工的适应、融合以及涉外企业的可持续性发展问题。以实现企业相关人员的适应、融合和发展为服务目标来开展整体的活动设计,具体服务实施可以采取企业独立购买、政府和工会联合购买服务的方式,也可以将企业社会工作变成常规工作。社会工作者在服务涉外企业过程中,对自身社会适应、文化适应的问题同样要有预设,并保持一定的外交敏感度。

    Abstract:

    With the going out of Chinesefunded enterprises and the introduction of foreign enterprises, the problems of cultural adaptation and social integration of employees of foreign enterprises working and living in different cultures and social environments make them become a special vulnerable group, and also become the target of social work. Social work intervention in foreignrelated enterprises can solve the problems of employee adaptation integration and sustainable development of foreignrelated enterprises. In order to achieve the adaptation, integration and development of relevant personnel in enterprises as the service objectives, the overall activity design can be carried out. Specific service implementation can adopt the mode of independent purchase of enterprises, joint purchase of services by the government and trade unions, and can also turn enterprise social work into routine work. In the process of serving foreignrelated enterprises, social workers should also presuppose their social and cultural adaptation and maintain a certain degree of diplomatic sensitivity.
