Abstract:Based on the “pushpull” analysis method in supply chain theory, three different methods for the same day delivery in urban distribution, including community store implementation, distribution center implementation and network platform integration, were defined according to the setting of “pushpull” boundary points. Then these methods were analyzed from the perspective of characteristics, difficulty of implementation and applicable circumstances, and the corresponding implementing cases of the same day delivery in urban distribution were provided. Finally, the comparison and analysis for the three models were conducted to provide the reference for smooth implementation of the same day delivery in urban distribution.
