Government purchase of the“ care”services of community childcare is one of the important measures to reduce the financial pressure,increase the supply of community childcare services,improve the vitality of social organizations and the efficiency of the government.China has gradually been paying attention to this field,but it is still weak in the perspective of the purchase of “the care” services of community childcare from social organizations.It not only affects the supply of community childcare services,but also restricts the function of social organizations.This paper analyzes the importance of the“ care”services of community childcare and the government’s purchasing behavior.The government’s purchasing behaviors include government,social organizations and supervisory agency.However,there are possibly some problems such as absence of government responsibility,immature social organizations,poor supervision mechanism.In order to optimize the effectiveness of this service,government,social organizations and supervisory agency need to work together.
