Translation is a poetic rewriting of the original work.Poetic status and poetic attitude affect the choice of translation text and translation strategies.Language and cultural differences determine the poetic forms of rewriting, and ideology influences the poetic manipulation of translation. In the translation of the writing theory of Wenxin Diaolong,Stephen Owen, occupying the central position of the world poetics, mainly adopts the strategy of foreignizing translation to rewrite the source text creatively according to the expectations and actual needs of the Western readers in order to meet the needs of American cultural construction.Yang Guobin,at the edge of world poetics, mainly adopts the strategy of domesticating translation to transmit the Oriental literary theory in clear language to the taste of Western readers,to facilitate their understanding and acceptance so as to achieve the purpose of China’s going global strategy and transmission of Chinese culture.Poetics has always intervened in the translation and rewriting of the two translators with one gesture, making their translations inevitably branded with ideology, and their different purposes of translation make the translation texts impregnated with the hybridity of poetics.
