Abstract:In the context of accelerating globalization and cultural coexistence,Chinese culture“going outside”has become an important part of the national cultural development strategy.The purpose of China’s global communication is to allow the foreign audience to accurately understand original texts in order to enhance national cultural soft power and discourse rights in the world.In view of this,in the C-E translation practice,based on“Three Principle”of translation for China’s global communication,translators should conform to the good usage in English so that the audience can understand and accept target versions,as well as maximize the preservation of Chinese cultural and political features.
