Under the new concept of the disabled，in the modern civilized society，more disabled students have the opportunities to enter into the universities to receive higher education.The problems of educational support to disabled college students are bound to cause the concern of the whole society.This paper analyzes the current situations of the educational support to disabled college students from the value idea，theory and practice.Based on the new perspective of social work，its implementation path is mainly carried out from the following three aspects：firstly，it is about “S7ocial Worker-the Method of Social Work-Educational Support to Disabled College Students”；the second is about “Organization-Social Policy-Social Work Administration-Educational Support to Disabled College Students”；at last，it is on “Social Policy-Educational Support to Disabled College Students”.On this basis，we should actively promote the embedded implementation from localization to indigenousness of social work in institutions of higher learning in China.
