残障学生大学教育支持路径解析——基于社会工作之构念

    摘要:

    在现代文明社会新残疾人观理念下,更多的残障学生有机会进入高校接受高层次教育,其教育支持问题势必引起社会关注。从价值理念、理论和实践层面对残障学生大学教育支持的现状进行了分析。进而,基于社会工作之构念,残障学生大学教育支持的实现路径主要从三个层面开展:其一,“社工—社会工作专业方法—残障学生的教育支持”;其二,“组织—社会政策—社会工作行政—残障学生的教育支持”;其三,“社会政策—残障学生的教育支持”。在此基础上,我国社会工作积极实现从本土化到土生化的嵌入式发展。

    Abstract:

    Under the new concept of the disabled,in the modern civilized society,more disabled students have the opportunities to enter into the universities to receive higher education.The problems of educational support to disabled college students are bound to cause the concern of the whole society.This paper analyzes the current situations of the educational support to disabled college students from the value idea,theory and practice.Based on the new perspective of social work,its implementation path is mainly carried out from the following three aspects:firstly,it is about “S7ocial Worker-the Method of Social Work-Educational Support to Disabled College Students”;the second is about “Organization-Social Policy-Social Work Administration-Educational Support to Disabled College Students”;at last,it is on “Social Policy-Educational Support to Disabled College Students”.On this basis,we should actively promote the embedded implementation from localization to indigenousness of social work in institutions of higher learning in China.
