    摘要:

    本文基于微观调研数据,以工作价值观为调节变量,采用分层逐步多元回归方法,研究了员工满意度对工作绩效的影响,结果发现:舒适与安全价值观在员工满意度和工作绩效间起负向调节作用;能力与成长价值观在员工满意度与任务绩效间起正向调节作用;地位与独立价值观在员工满意度和工作绩效间起正向调节作用。基于以上研究结论,从工作价值观层面提出改善工作绩效的建议。

    Abstract:

    This paper,based on microscopic survey data,using hierarchical regression method and work values as moderating variabe,studies the influence of employee satisfaction on job performance,the result shows that comfort and security values have significantly negative mediating effects between employee satisfaction and job performance,that ability and growth values have significantly positive mediating effects between employee satisfaction and task performance,and that status and independent values have significantly positive mediating effects between employee satisfaction and job performance.Based on the above conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving job performance from work values level.
