As an important subject of the labor market under the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship，the new generation of migrant workers，with their innate market economy characteristics，is highly compatible with the dual macro-orientation advocated by the state.With the public entrepreneurship，innovation in depth，home-returning entrepreneurship has become a rational choice for a part of the new generation of migrant workers.This paper，by taking industrial optimization for home-returning entrepreneurship by the new generation of migrant workers as study perspective，analyzes the status quo of business organizations，industrial models，structure and weak links for home-returning entrepreneurship in order to promote the integration of primary，secondary and tertiary industries as a guide，to strengthen supportive public service supply，to boost information technology support of industrial development，to promote the coordination and integration of industrial development，to push forward the ecological and agglomerated development of industries and to realize industrial optimization for the entrepreneurship.
