Currently, the practice education of China’s Master of Social Work (MSW) still has the problems such as education contents not meeting practical demand, disconnection between major practice and cultivation objective and so on。 project management promotes the practicability and efficiency of MSW practice through making up the deficiency of present practice education system so as to boost goal attainment and team members growth. By introducing theory and frame of project management, the effect of practice education of MSW can be further promoted by systematically studying the form logic of the management mode through practice and research, by combining the real feature for MSW practice, and by using theory and method for project management to reflect and construct project management model for MSW practice.
