Abstract:Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2009 to 2015, this paper uses the generalized method of moments (GMM) to study the influencing factors of inbound tourism foreign exchange income. The research shows that per capita GDP, the number of four star and above scenic spots and hotels, the number of inbound tourists, the railway mileage and highway mileage all have a significant positive impact on foreign exchange income of inbound tourism. The conclusions of the research highlight the importance of economic development, tourist resources, accommodation facilities and location traffic to foreign exchange income of inbound tourism. The future development of inbound tourism needs to pay more attention to these aspects.
