Resource depleted and environment polluting industries have approached the limit of environmental carrying capacity. The development of China’s industry needs a new model， and the green development is the only way， which is the inevitable choice for the industrial green transformation and upgrading. This paper analyzes the current research status of the green development of China’s industry by connotation definition， the construction of evaluation methods and evaluation system for green development of the industry， summaries the influencing factors of industrial green development， and based on that， prospects the future research direction of industrial green development.
