In recent years, under national policy support, college students network entrepreneurship, with its unique advantage, is becoming an important way for the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students. Based on empirical analysis, by using SWOT analysis method, this paper studies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunity and threat of the network entrepreneurship Based on this, it advances three policy suggestions such as government should build macroenvironment for college students , and universities should enhance college students network entrepreneurship education ，and college students network entrepreneurship development road should be diversified.
