This paper anahyze the main features of Macao’s community governance model from the governing subjects and governing paths, The study finds that the Macao’s government, community organizations and community residents are the subjects of the community governance, who take their own responsibilities and do their respective tasks; and social work, civic education and consultation etc. are employed to build a beautiful home and a harmonious community for Macao residents. These significant features provide a valuable reference for promoting the diversification of community governance subject and the effectiveness of community governance path in the mainland of China.
