The unbalanced economic development of different regions leads to unbalanced development of villagers autonomy practice. Village differentiation is the main expression form of the imbalance of economic development. In the process of villagers autonomy practice， the effective form of village management needs to be explored according to different economic development situations of the villages. The rich villages are managed by income distribution type method while the poor villages are managed by project type method In order to avoid the current situation of subject vacancy in village governance ，its reasonable to change the governance type from able person governance to legal authority governance. Meanwhile， in different economic situations， villagers autonomy can be realized by property rights form or by the carriers of activities or projects.
