This article，focusing on micro local science and technology innovation policy system， taking a series of scientific and technological innovation policies issued by Wuhu City during the “12th Five Year” period as the research object， constructs a evaluation index system of technology innovation policy from such three dimensions as supply policy， demand policy and environmental policy， and uses entropy method to evaluate science and technology innovation policy performance of the local government. The results show that the demand policy of technology innovation and environmental policy have greater contribution to promoting scientific and technological innovation for local governments， however， science and technology innovation supply policy has less contribution. Finally,this paper further puts forward relevant policy suggestions to improve the technology innovation performance.
