    摘要:

    微博与微信作为当今发展速度最快的社交网络产品,成为人们生活中不可或缺的即时通信软件。本文采用问卷调查的方法,以微博微信的用户作为问卷的调查对象,其中主要的调查对象为在校大学生,通过对回收的有效调查问卷的数据进行统计分析,结合相关文献的理论与前人得出的结论,分析微博与微信的用户在哪些因素的影响下增强了其使用意愿,验证两款软件在用户使用行为中存在的区别。比较分析的结果显示,微博与微信的主要区别在于社会交流方式、娱乐方式、商业活动、获取新鲜事物等各类不同因素的用户需求。因此,未来微博与微信的发展渠道应主要依据用户实际需求着手完善,从而既满足用户需求又使社交软件得到一定改善。

    Abstract:

    Micro-blog and We-chat, as today’s the most rapidly developed social communication network products, become the indispensable communication software of human beings. By using questionnaire on micro-blog and we-chat users, mainly on college students, by statistically analyzing the data of the questionnaire, based on the previously related conclusions in the literatures and theories, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the using willing of micro-blog and we-chat users, and tests the difference in the users’ application of two kinds of software. Comparison and analysis results show that the main difference of micro-blog and we-chat lies in the users’ demand of different factors such as social communication method, entertainment method, business activity, new information acquirement and so on. Thus, future micro-blog and we-chat development channel will mainly depend on users’ practical demand to be perfected so that the users’ demand will be satisfied and that social communication software will be improved.
