    摘要:

    将企业创新绩效区分为技术创新绩效与管理创新绩效,并将利用式学习、探索式学习作为中介变量引入到企业智力资本与这两类创新绩效的关系中。通过对215家高科技企业调查数据的实证分析,结果表明:智力资本的各部分对技术创新绩效均有显著的正向作用,而其中的结构资本、人力资本对管理创新绩效有显著的正向作用;探索式学习对两类创新绩效都有显著的正向作用,而利用式学习只对管理创新绩效有显著的正向作用;探索式学习在关系资本、人力资本与两类创新绩效的关系中有中介作用,而利用式学习只在人力资本、结构资本与管理创新绩效的关系中有中介作用

    Abstract:

    Innovation performance is divided into technological innovation performance and management innovation performance; exploratory learning and exploitative learning as mediating variables are introduced into the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance. The results of the empirical analysis of 215 high-tech enterprises show that intellectual capital has a significantly positive effect on technological innovation performance, that structural capital and human capital have a significantly positive effect on management innovation performance, that exploratory learning has a significantly positive effect on two types of innovation performance, but exploitative learning only affects management innovation performance; that exploratory learning mediates the relationships between relation between human capital and two types of innovation performance, and that exploitative learning only mediates the relationship between human / structural capital and management innovation performance
