This paper constructs a commercial development comprehensive evaluation index system of Yangtze River Economic Belt and uses principal component analysis method to evaluate the regional differences of the commercial circulation. The result shows that there are obvious regional differences among the provinces and municipalities, in order to promote the coordinated development of commercial circulation in Yangtze River Economic Belt, strategic coordination mechanism, interest coordination mechanism and spatial coordination mechanism should be established，and the countermeasures for coordinated development should be made.
