    摘要:

    我国学校社会工作服务内容和水平取得了一定发展,但面临着诸多职业困境和阻力,其核心能力亟待提升。研究发现,学校社会工作者的核心能力可以表现为尊重学生多样性、自我反思与成长、温柔坚持并等待、跨文化和跨学科、政策分析与倡导、项目设计与管理、建立并维持关系、动态性系统评估、团队协作和整合等九个方面的核心能力。学校社会工作者核心能力的培育,从宏观上要加强国家党政方针和政策的引导与支持,中观上要通过专业教育和在职培训提高学校社会工作者的核心能力,微观上要求学校社会工作者做到“博学、审问、慎思、明辨、笃行”。

    Abstract:

    The school social work service contents and level makes certain progress but faces many predicaments and obstacles and its core capacity must be improved. The research finds that the core capacity of school social workers is expressed in such nine aspects as respecting the diversification of the students, self reflection and growth, flexibly sticking and waiting, interculture and interdiscipline, policy analysis and advocating, item design and management, establishment and maintaining relation, dynamic system evaluation, and team coordination and integration. The cultivation of school social worker core capacity should consolidate the guidance and support of national and the Party’s policies and guideline in macrolevel. In middlelevel, the core capacity of school social workers can be improved by specialized education and on duty training. In microlevel, school social workers should learn a lot, self examine, carefully think, clearly distinguish the wrong and the correct, and practice.
