The initiation of Doha Round makes the development of trade and environment issues deeper and more complex. When we face the future, we have a long way to go. According to the future development trend, China should accurately determine her position, actively participate in rule negotiation, consider environment subsidies and taxes, perfect the related legislation and energetically use multilateral trade mechanism to solve disputes.
