In recent years, the innovationdriven theory becomes a hot topic in academic field. According to the stage, contents and quantity of the research on innovationdriven theory, the innovationdriven theoretical research can be divided into three periods such as the early research phase, concentrated study and indepth research. We summarize and comparatively analyze the research achievements, pursue its key point and trajectory, and indicate that China should study the follow aspects: firstly strengthen the systematic and holistic innovationdriven strategy research; secondly enhance more innovationdriven atmosphere and multidisciplinary research; 〖JP2〗thirdly study the inner relationship between the innovationdriven theory and Marxist Theory; and fourthly consolidate the study of Marx’s〖JP〗 innovationdriven thought.
