It is academically controversial about reestablishment of individual ownership such as theories of productive means, consumption goods, living materials, individual property, and jointstock system. However, the theoretical preconditions are rarely discussed. Logically, it is necessary to clarify the ownership reestablished in what kind of society for what kind of individuals. And it is of great significance to build socialist theories and policymaking with Chinese characteristics.
