Administrative microblog, with its convenient use, simple management, extensive impact, authoritative information and the function for making up the shortcomings of traditional eadministration, integrates the double features of online social communication media and official media of public administration and is a new edge tool for a government to boost public service effect. Based on the public service function of administrative microblog, according to the problems of the application of current Chinese administrative microblog in “service function failure”, “service process disorder” and so on, this paper reconstructs governmental public service procedures, briefly analyzes theoretical model of administrative microblog and the practical path of administrative microblog model and designs administrative microblog framework orientated by public service.
