In recent years, the employment of college students is a difficulty facing us, however, the implementation of effective entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is one of the important methods to solve this problem. China’s entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities initiated later, has not formed complete theoretical system of entrepreneurship education, therefore, there is some shortcomings needed to be improved. On the contrary, the entrepreneurship education in the colleges and universities of Japan and the United States accumulates rich practical experience in the long process of the exploration. Thus, analysis of their successful experience based on China’s reality can provide some reference suggestions for the entrepreneurship education in China’s colleges and universities.
