Press criticism is a special historical form of supervision by public opinions. CPC’s press criticism thought embodies its connotation of characteristics and innovation in the aspects such as intensifying the dual responsibility of the press criticism, making specification of the press criticism, paying attention to the bottomup criticism, the unity between the leadership of the Party committee and media independence, stressing the method and art of the criticism, whose thoughts are still of real significance. 
