Abstract:Chinese discontinuous words (CDW for short) consist of four main structures and a questionnaire analysis focused on the error rate of primary, middle and senior Vietnam students’ using CDW was conducted accordingly to obtain error rate produced by using CDW by the students at different levels. In the questionnaire, the errors produced in Vietnam students have different displays in the two perspectives of different CDW structure types and different Chinese proficiency levels and their causes are different. The survey result is of certain enlightening significance to the teaching of CDW and CDWlearning of overseas students.
